2008 instructors we have so far are listed below. Next year's teachers will be announced later on in the year.
The Americana Song Academy is an exciting, comprehensive workshop with an emphasis on songwriting, lyric development, guitar technique and accompaniment. Designed for musicians, writers and songwriters of all ages who are interested in lifelong learning and acoustic American music in its finest traditions.
The Academy will be held at Camp Caldera, located in the High Cascade Mountains, just a few miles northwest of Sisters, Oregon. Caldera, located on Blue Lake high in the Cascades, is a fantastic site surrounded by pine trees and snow-capped mountains. The setting alone is inspirational.
Come join the community of folks that call “Song Camp” home each year for a pilgrimage back to your creative self.

Richard Julian
... a charming Manhattan, New York writer and singer, with exquisite lyrical insight. A past band-mate with Norah Jones and the Little Willies. |

Dennis McGregor
McGregor's songs are loved for their humor, lyrical wit and social relevance. His finger-pickin' guitar and deep voice add to his unique mix of musical styles and chops.

Keith Greeninger
Keith Greeninger paints intricate portraits of the human condition with powerful melodic images, engaging guitar rhythms and heart-wrenching vocals.

Natalia Zukerman
